It's that time of year when many of us are feeling a bit heavier than usual after overindulging at Christmas.

it's clear to see Tamara Ecclestone is not one of those people as she
showed off her super slim physique on holiday in Dubai.
The
F1 heiress, 31, put her toned figure on display in a leopard-print
bikini as she spent the day on the beach with her husband and daughter
over the weekend.
The hands-on mother spent plenty of time playing with her 22-month-old daughter Sophia as they made sandcastles.
Little
Sophia didn't stray far from her beloved toy unicorn - a gift from
Father Christmas - which has already made an appearance on Tamara's
Instagram page.
